Data controller

The controller for the data collected on this site is VDPhotography, Virginie Deronchêne. For any question about your data, write to info@vdphotography.be.

Data collected and purposes

When you use the contact form, your data (name, email address and message content) is used only to answer your request and organise your session. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used only to send it to you, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

This data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the client relationship, then deleted.

Technical providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. The contact and newsletter forms, as well as email delivery, go through Brevo (Sendinblue, France). The private galleries where you discover and select your photos are hosted by Pic-Time. These providers process the data on behalf of VDPhotography, in compliance with the GDPR.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies or trackers of any kind, whether advertising or analytics. That is also why no consent banner is shown.

Photographs

The client photographs visible on this site are published with their consent, in accordance with image rights. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, write to info@vdphotography.be and it will be taken down.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@vdphotography.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
